Summary0003636: Texture loading/filtering issues while using mortar
DescriptionWhile using mortar, the ground textures have some loading issues. Might be a texture (anisotropic) filtering issue?

I too get this on many maps. Where it seems at certain distances the textures just drop/become muddy.

Yes, I too still get the issues with pop-in/textures disappearing. I am using an older driver 384.94 (as the newer 385.xx divers give me major crashing/dx errors). Even with these older drivers, with the new update, I crash about once a night (before patch, I can not even think when last crash was and was having no issues).

@EA_RedSpoder I deactivated "shader cache" in the nvidia control panel and it greatly reduced this graphical issues on my rig.
The downside: level loading times went up quite a bit.

Edit: Win10 1607 + Xeon 1231v3 @3.8 + Samsung 840&850 Evo
