|Summary||0002717: Instant bayonet takedown without charge|
|Description||I have noticed it is possible to trigger a bayonet takedown without starting or completing a bayonet charge. I believe this is because of the range required to start the takedown animation.|
If a player is within the required range to trigger a bayonet takedown this will happen automatically without starting or completing the bayonet charge. This means it can easily be exploited because verses a usual frontal melee (which is just a slash attack) there is no avoidance of the bayonet takedown. This can be exploited by standing close to a corner and triggering a bayonet attack as enemies emerge around the corner.
|You can see clearly in slow motion and on normal speed that the user was already running before entering bayonet kill animation|
reopening this. 0m bayonet charges still occuring.
